Classic 50 Full Body

Our 50-minute Classic Full Body class is designed to deliver a comprehensive workout that targets all major muscle groups. This class provides a well-balanced and challenging experience, focusing on core strength, obliques, legs, and arms.


The same Classic Full Body workout is taught over a four-week period, with new routines starting at the beginning of each month. This structure allows you to track your progress and experience noticeable improvements in your strength, stability, and endurance. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned inTension Pilates enthusiast, this class is designed to challenge and inspire you.


Every Classic Full Body class kicks off with a quick, energizing warm-up to get you moving and wraps up with a soothing cool down and stretch, so you leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and ready to take on the rest of your day.

inTensiFIRE!

Our 50-minute inTensiFIRE! class is a full-body workout designed to keep clients engaged through variety and intensity. Unlike our typical inTension classes, which follow a monthly program design, every inTensiFIRE session is completely different. Instructors create new sequences each time, allowing for fresh combinations of movements and a dynamic training experience on the XFormer.


The class is structured to deliver a balanced, full-body workout with an emphasis on strength, endurance, and control. While the intensity level is similar to other inTension classes, inTensiFIRE tends to feel more unpredictable due to the constantly changing flow and transitions. This variety challenges clients to stay mentally focused and physically adaptable throughout the session.


Each inTensiFIRE class includes a dynamic warm-up to activate key muscle groups and concludes with a guided stretch for recovery. Instructors are encouraged to maintain smooth transitions, thoughtful pacing, and balanced muscle engagement, while ensuring safety and proper form remain the top priority.


Class Minimum Requirement:
Members must have completed a minimum of
50 inTension classes before signing up for an inTensiFIRE session. This prerequisite ensures clients have a strong understanding of XFormer fundamentals and proper body mechanics to safely participate in this high-intensity format.

Upper Body and Core

Our 50-minute Upper Body and Core class is all about honing in on your shoulders, back, biceps, triceps, and core. You’ll be guided through focused blocks of exercises, each incorporating core work to maximize your results. 


The same Upper Body and Core workout is taught over a four-week period, with new routines introduced at the start of each month. This setup lets you track your progress and experience noticeable gains in strength, stability, and endurance. 


Each Upper Body/Core class kicks off with a lively warm-up to get your muscles ready and your energy up. After pushing through a focused, challenging workout, we finish with a relaxing stretch to ease any tension and leave you feeling refreshed and restored.

Our 50-minute Lower Body and Obliques class is designed to fire up your glutes, quads, outer thighs, inner thighs, and more. You’ll be guided through lower-body-focused blocks that also incorporate oblique exercises for a well-rounded workout. 


The same Lower Body and Obliques routine is taught over a four-week period, with new workouts introduced at the start of each month. This setup allows you to track your progress and experience real gains in strength, balance, and endurance.

Core-dio and inDepth Stretch 50

Our 25-minute Core-dio class is the perfect blend of core and cardio, just as the name suggests! Get ready to elevate your heart rate and fire up your core. The cardio exercises are all low-impact and may incorporate mini bands, long resistance bands, and, of course, your XFormer. This class is a quick, fun, and challenging workout that pairs perfectly with the 25-minute inDepth Stretch class that follows.


Our 25-minute inTension inDepth Stretch class on the XFormer is designed to help you increase flexibility, improve mobility, and release tension. This class combines dynamic and static stretching techniques, utilizing the XFormer to enhance each stretch and deepen your range of motion. Whether you’re looking to recover after an intense workout or simply want to improve your flexibility, this class offers the perfect balance of relaxation and challenge, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Our 50-minute inTro to inTension class is the perfect starting point for anyone looking to build a strong foundation with inTension Pilates.
