Not at all! Your instructor will guide everyone through every movement. First-timers love it.
What should we wear?
Comfortable workout clothes. We provide everything else — grip socks are available at the studio.
Can we bring food or decorations?
Yes! Let us know in the details field and we'll work with you on setup. Many groups celebrate in the lobby before or after class.
